First let me just say to all the haters give these guys a chance. I have been pleasantly surprised with how helpful they have been with minor issues and answering all my questions in a timely manner. Now for the good stuff.. I did make a couple changes that I feel helped me. This bike is definitely made for tall people. Im 6'2 and even i lowered it a 1/2 inch which made a world of difference atleast for me. My bikes speedo was absolutely perfect not even off a 1/2 mile an hour i was very surprised. Not to crazy about the app for the bike because my screen goes into hibernate if I don't touch it. I almost never look at the battery since it lasts whatvseems like forever. The suspension is also a plus the forks soak up every bump with ease I go from zero to 40 in about 3 seconds with a top speed of 48mph. This bike is extremely heavy and can be a little tricky to navigate at first. Take your time. Don't forget to leave your battery on when you charge sounds weird but that's how they work. Overall I'm very happy with my bike and highly recommend it

These e-bikes are actually quite fun. I got the Romeo Pro 2 in March, 2025. Surprised how powerful it is. Put 40 miles on it on one charge and it still had 77% battery left. Got it up to 41 mph. Doesn't even hesitate going through 4 inches of heavy slushy snow. It's been working great. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive via email messaging.
