My new Juliet 11
It is heavy and turning is a little awkward in confined areas because of the fork. But I love it it rides good goes fast enough for me. I filled tires with flat out so I do not worry taking it far.

Best e-bike I have had
I like the speed the look the feel and over all the bike I will be doing Uber deliveries on this bike will give an update just a friendly reminder this bike has some WEIGHT it is a work out if u live in a apartment without an elevator but over all worth it

First 500 miles
Battery life and ability to climb hills are pretty impressive. Brakes and suspension are also great for my needs.
The only wishes I have are minor - adjustable kickstand so that the bake will not fall when on uneven surface or with a slight breeze. Also wish the pedals were not so low to the ground, pedal strikes when turning.
Certainly an upgrade from my last ebike.

I am very happy with my bike and can not wait for the weather to change and take it out. The only issue I have is that documentation and instructions could have been more comprehensive and clearer. Fortunately, their Helpdesk is very good at answering questions and very responsive.

I'm a first-time owner of an ebike and I decided on the Juliet 2 because first of all it caught my eye and then it fit the criteria that I was looking for a big motor and a big battery for long range full suspension front and rear and adjustable step through frame rear rack and hydraulic brakes assembly was real easy charge the battery completely up installed battery and turn the bike on and adjusted the speed on it everything work just like it should and off for 20 mi right I went performed very well no regrets I would recommend one to anybody that is looking for the things that I was looking in a bike
